I think there's a little confusion as to what Bill Me Later is in this instance. Once a payment has been made, no one would have the ability to change where the money originates from.
So if you've made a payment using your bank, then the funds have to come from the bank. Bill Me Later is nothing more than another option when you check out; instead of selecting your bank you choose Bill Me Later and the money comes from there. But that choice has to be made at the time of checkout. 😞 Regrettably it does not mean that you make a payment then choose to be billed later.
