i don't even have an account, and they're charging me. i purchased a few things on ebay, and was fully aware of the amount of money in my bank account. all my purchases are listed as complete, and i never once agreed to using their service. what is going on? why am i being charged? what should i do? i'm very new to this, please help.

I would suggest giving Bill Me Later a call and getting to the bottom of this. They're more than likely gonna ask you for your Social Security Number to pull up an account (since that would be information provided at the time of application), but I'm sure they will be able to sort it out.
