I recieved a refund of 500 on my paypal credit card, or so they say. I have yet to see it appear back on my available credit. I haven't recieved a response from anybody either.
I had a payment of 500$ that says was refunded back onto my paypal smart connect credit card. Only problem is I am not able to use it and my line of credit is at 0$. When will it be available to use.
