Why cant i activate my prepaid MasterCard online?

'hello i got me mastercard its paypal debit and i tried to activate the card today it asked for my ss number card number and my age so i did and when i pressed enter it has some error and also says this We're sorry, there is a problem with your account.is there an way to fix this online NOW because im unable to call till like next week or so.'
 it tells me to call u guys im not able to call at this time once again please help me fix my problem because its telling me theres an error

Were you ever able to figure this out? I believe I was just taken by them as well. I bought a card today and I can't activate it.
