What is wrong with my product name?

 My product is called "Aerial Earhart Dark Havana" and for some reason there is a word that's causing error 13122 (which I think means it is a banned product or something ) I read about it here:http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17107604/paypal-error-13122-this-transaction-cannot-be-completed-...

When I changed the name, I was able to checkout. 

Any thoughts?

I found out that "Havana" is a type of cigar and that's most likely the reason that Paypal rejected the order. 

Where is the best place to get in touch with Paypal and let them know we do not sell cigars?
