I attempted to make a purchase using Smart Connect on a website. The seller cancelled the order because the payment couldn't be verified. Both the payment and the authorization are now listed as "canceled" on my account, but the money no longer shows as "available" for Smart Connect. How long does it take for those funds to be "available" again?

Hi @rjmwx81,
That's a great question! Generally authorizations are released within 3-5 business days. In some cases, depending on the merchant, the authorization can take up to 30 days.
