my security card stopped working and now I cant access my account. I dont have access to my phone number as I have moved out of country. How do I regain access to my paypal account? Please dont forward me to call centers as I would end up spending more money on a long distance calls than what I have in my paypal account. Thank you.
We can't forward you anywhere as this is a "user to user" help forum and not paypal customer services.
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.
