Paypal ANywhere card account access to change/update information

Hello, I am new to the PAYPAL ANYWHERE card to use at stores, utilizing our Paypal balance to make purchases. Does any one know where and how to access that card account to make changes? I can find where to sign up, but under my account I find nothing. Am I stupid or what? I'd like to check my account info related to that card.
