I applied for a PayPal EXTRAS Mastercard credit line, but was not approved. I know that the Smart Connect is an option for members who do not pass the EXTRAS MC Soft credit check, but was not given the option or a statement that I was eligible or could apply for this. Do I just go to the Smart Connect site and click on Apply Now or how does it work?
You most likely did not qualify for the Smart Connect either. Usually, if you did not qualify for the Extras Master Card then you will see a message stating that you are qualified for the Smart Connect instead. If you don't see this message then more than likely you did not qualify for either.
