PayPal Payment Card - Need Help to Request again?? - Didn't receive the First One!

When I got a pop-up asking if I'd like a PayPal Payment Card, I went for it. Unfortunately, it never arrived in the mail. Having difficulty finding where I can re-order a PayPal Payment Card on PayPal.  Does anyone know where and how I can do this?

Which PayPal Product as there are a couple and the contact numbers are different?

PayPal Prepaid Mastercard

PayPal Mastercard

PayPal Debit Card

PayPal MyCash Card

Hi snowshoe, I hope you can help me.

It's either the:  the PayPal MyCash Card or PayPal Debit Card

All I had to do was accept, no application or credit check required.

It's the one that allows you to use your paypal funds with this PayPal Payment Card, at any store, by entering a pin number.

I have a prompt that says: "Activate PayPal Payment Card"

But I never received it in the mail.  I would like to get a replacement.
