How long does it take to get arefund from Paypal mycash? I bought two cards and loaded them with $500 each.Neither card will load up my paypal account.ERROR 203. I called the sorry **bleep** company listed on the card to find out what is going on and have been given the run around.They had me email them copies of both cards along with receipts,copy of my id,proof of address,blood type,shoe size,religious affiliation and sexual preference.I filed a complaint with the BBB.Has anyone used these scammer cards Paypal is peddling?
