I need to withdraw money from my paypal acct to my bank acct but i have a paypal debit mastercard on the way. Can i still withdraw the money to my bank acct instead of waiting for the paypal debit card to get here in 5 days as it will only take 3 to 4 days if i withdraw it to my bank acct. Also will the remainder of my balance be on my paypal debit card when i activate it or will i have to withdraw the$$$ to the paypal debit card??? Also ive read alot of posts of problems ppl are having with their paypal debit cards. Eg.... Not being able to withdraw money from an ATM or being declined for purchases even though they have $$$ in their accts. Are these problems a regular occurance or are they rare?¿?
