I received a PayPal Smart Connect account, but I have not been successful in using it anywhere. I tried to send money and I tried to purchase on-line from Walmart. I even tried to pay a bill. I don't want to try buying from EBAY since I wouldn't have another way to pay right now.
Has anyone used it successfully? Was it only on EBAY?
I've called and they just say I can use it anywhere that takes PayPal, but that's not true. The reps frankly sound like they don't know what I'm talking about when I ask how to use it.
