Not really sure of the exact limit, but I can tell you that I have two accounts.
I use one to manage my Paypal mastercard and one for my BillMeLater account, since for some odd reason you can't link both to one account. But to have multiple accounts, you obviously need to have multiple email addresses (for login), and you need to link your bank and all that stuff to the second account aswell.
