We are tax exempt. I called customer service so i could make my purchase using our tax exempt number. Apparently they aren't set up for that. They said they'd have to refund the tax later. We tried that with Verizon recently, and it was a nightmare to actually get the tax back. Has anyone else tried to purchase it tax-exempt and had a different outcome? I'm going to look in to Square.
