My bank is in the US..my sisters bank is in the US...it says "no fees" to send to friends and family...but every time I send money to her it charges me a fee...WHY?
As long as you're choosing Friends and Family and using funds from either your PayPal Account Balance or your bank account (no credit or debit cards) and both accounts are US PayPal accounts, there should be no fees. (Else, you need to contact customer service to find out why.)
