Paypal created a debit for me, a negative balance, and I have no idea why. I've transferred money from my bank account to cover it but until it clears, it appears my account is frozen. I keep getting error messages when I try to pay sellers. I'm going to get a bad ebay rating over this and am not happy. What is going on?! Why can't I talk to someone at paypal?! Why is there no contact phone number?!
