So I pay an extra quarter for an instant payments and it gets a 72 hour security review! What gives?

Based on comments already posted, transfers processed through debit cards don't seem to as fast as expected.

We don't hear about those who have speedy transfers as those don't post their experiences; all we see are those with problems.
