I linked a virtual visa debit card to my paypal. I want to transfer the money off the card. When I clicked "add money", it is only giving me the option to use my bank account. So, what do I do?
I'm having this exact issue. If I find out anything outside of here I'll let you know. It's extremely frustrating! I don't shop online so the virtual card is useless without being able to xfer it to my PayPal account.
