I'm fed up asking for help. I can't purchase using paypal all it asks always is to add credit card which i don't have any. I If i had a credit card i wouldn't had the need to use paypal so that's why i use paypal. Any help!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
