I need to send money to a friend but throug this operation I got the message error ''this recipient accepts paypal payments only through their website. to complete this payment''.

Both accounts are USA accounts.
please how can I resolve this issue ?

Same here.  From a gmail account in the USA to a hotmail account in the USA.  WTF?

Hello,

It is very likely that your friend has payment receiving preferences which are preventing them from receiving this personal payment. I would advise you to have them check these preferences to see if anything would cause your payment to be blocked.
