take money from paypal account

hello, I have money at paypal account, how I can take cask if I live in another country, not in USA, may I enroll in my debit card? please help

You should have withdrawn all your funds and remove your financial info and closed your account BEFORE you left that country.

Then you open another paypal account in the country that you have moved to.

if you have moved to another country,you can link your US bank account to your new Paypal account in that country.
