I try to create the subscription button from my business account, put on my local web page and try to subscribe from another paypal account which already was verified but paypal payment keep asking me this message "To complete this payment, add another debit or credit card to your PayPal account or Update your Credit Card or Debit Card". I did try my paypal account to purchase from another website but it does not ask this message.
