i am trying to transfer money into paypal account from checking acccount it is linked to but it keeps sending me to the resolution center. I do not have any outstanding issues and the resolution center doesn't explain why iam being sent there
Have you fully verified the account with the bank and a credit/debit card? Have you tried clearing your browser cache / cookies? Sometimes that can help.
