I have been trying to refund a buyer money for over a week. The page is not showing where I can refund it. I have already cancelled the order 2 weeks ago.
Hello @melbump! Was the order cancelled through PayPal or on a website, such as eBay, Amazon, your own website, etc.?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
