30 days to refund a payment to card LMAO , scam artist at work here folks, it should never take 30 days to refund money to any Bank, card , account whatever the case may be. They are simply holding the funds to collect interest on it.
I said, "up to" which is the wording PayPal uses here. Once PayPal marks the refund Completed, it means they did their part of the transaction, then it depends on how quickly the card co. posts the refund to the cardholder account.
