I was issued a refund by a seller for a purchase I made with a credit card via PayPal. However, I don't see the amount of the refund in my PayPal balance, despite the message from PayPal that the echeck cleared. According to the notification below, should I see that amount in my PayPal Balance? Or, since I originally paid with a credit card, should I see my refund in my credit card transactions on my credit card site?

This email confirms that the Pending Refund you received for $195.00 USD from ------@ -----.com has cleared. The funds are now reflected in your PayPal balance. Refund Details Amount: $195.00 USD Transaction ID: 7G95713403656241A
