I recently orderd a product and decided to use my paypal account to pay for it. Well I spelled the merchants name wrong twice and promptly cancelled the payments. The third time I got it right and it went through. BUT my account still shows I owe for the two cancelled charges. How long does it take to get this straightened out
Depends on the payment method used and how long it takes for the refund to process but I think you get charged a minimum fee of $.30 cents per transaction even if you refund, but I am unsure,
