I have a account with the siter supper pay me. It was noted that paypal had some new security for accounts. That it was needed to contact paypal to see what was needed in order for my reg payments to paypal would go through instead of pending all the time. My instanmt pay pal paymemnts work. I do not have a phone right now are acess to one. Iam wondering is there anybody that could help me? If not atleast tell me how to write a support ticket to paypal?. Plese and thamk you>
