Hi all...a customer just called to give me his credit card info to pay an invoice. How do I process his payment?

You don't. It is against Payment Card Industry Standards for you to have the buyer's credit card informatin.
Furthermore, there no way to do it.
You send an invoice. The buyer pays that directly with buyer's credit card.
