please help me in changing account type

i needed an indi vidual account and i made a business account by mistake. The account is now limited and i cant close the account either. please tell me how can i make an individual account with the same account credentials ?

You aren't allowed to open another paypal account if you have one limited, if you do that one will be limited as well most likely.

You should contact customer services and ask them to downgrade your limited account and see if they will unlimit it then as well.
