pending balance availability date changed?

so i ended up shipping a hoodie out to a buyer around a week ago? and it was delivered on the 21st, its been approximately 3 days and the funds were suppose to be available on the 23rd but then it changed to march 15? paypal isn't sending me any messages/they are but none of it pertains to my question, should i call paypal and see whats up? or is it a glitch of some sort?

also, the buyer hasn't had any problems with the item, but he hasn't given me any feedback yet.

They must be having problems confirming delivery and need more time.  Who knows what kind of API they use to confirm this stuff.  Contact support:
