Hi, i have been having this problem for a few days now my paypal account is stuck in an endless lag when i click to confirm my payment on ebay. The blue circle keeps spinning and the window reads 'checking your information' but never loads. I have tried all the solutions listed ehre, used different browsers, cleared my browser, used different computer but same problem. I cannot get to email paypal under the resolution center. any help would be appreciated thanks
