I made a payment for services this morning and it did not go through. I checked paypal for pending transactions and saw no mention of the transaction in question. The vendor I was paying also had no record of the transaction. After waiting several minutes, I initiated the payment again. I received no errors, yet the payment did not go through. After about 35 minutes I see that I have now paid twice. As of this post I have still not recieved any email notification of the transactions from paypal. I am disappointed about this behavior and also disappointed that I cannot seem to contact a paypal representative directly. If I owed money I'm sure I'd get right through.
