I received $42 from my customer. this amount of money was "on hold" first. afterward, I applied all proof to ensure that I had sent my product to the customer. Then I checked and realized that the amount of money was refunded. Up to now I have not known why and received any announce.

Was it the new seller hold with a clearance date IN your paypal balance?

Was it a pending echeck?

Did the buyer open a dispute at all?
