hello. I ordered something on newegg with paypal few hours ago. and firstly money was cut of from my card and then you refunded it on my card. but my order is not cancelled . what is wrong ? what can I do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
