Just as I finished setting up my account, I received the payment I was expecting through an email. No links, just an email address for help. I have yet to hear back. I just need this payment to show up in my PayPal, so I can get the buyer his purchase! All I have is the transaction ID!

If there is no money in your paypal balance then that email could be a spoof?
