Hello,

I used paypal to pay a seller usind my credit card.The seller says that he cancelled the pending payment.When do i see the refund on my card?

Also,is there somewhere that i can see the cancelled transactions...?it seems that i cannot locate the activity of the cancelled payment so to be sure that the seller cancelled it.

Hi aneleg,

Great question - refunds usually take 3-5 business days to reflect back on your card, but can take up to 30 days to post. You should still be able to see the original transaction in your history, and the refund will show up there as well. If you don't see the refund, the seller may not have issued it yet and I would reach out to them to confirm. I hope this information helps!
