i want to open a case about an item that i didn't receie i bought it from ebay using my credit card so when i try to report a problem and it tells me to select a transaction i just don't know what to do please help because i really hate getting scammed. ty
If you used your credit card directly for the purchase then the transaction is not part of your PayPal activity. Any disputes must be filed with the credit card.
