i made a personal account in korea and link my credit card with it. I am not able to send money to my other paypal business account in korea. i am getting this message while trying to pay through paypal.me link "We’re sorry. You cannot use your PayPal account registered in your country to send payments to, or receive payments from, other PayPal accounts registered in the same country."..how to solve this
