new computer and paypal payment options

I got a new computer recently, and I've used Paypal to fund a game I play.  On my old computer, there was a screen where I could choose which account my money got funded from.  Now, it takes it out of the first account on the list without asking me.  I'd like to go back to being able to choose.  What am I doing wrong?
