Generally speaking, you can send money with PayPal Credit but such transactions are really hard to complete without an established payment history/account on good standing. Warning you now that it may not happen. So to send money with PayPal Credit, after you enter recipient email, amount, on the Send money as Friends and Family page, the payment method box appears and it allows you to change/select payment method. If you do not see PayPal Credit available as funding source option, then you must choose another funding source and can't use PayPal Credit to send money.
