Hi All

my son wants to send me some canadian dollars (he lives in canada) but want it converted to GDP(british)

how can i find the exchange rate of cad to gbp via paypal and what rates paypal charge as it maybe cheaper to

go via other money transfer agencies  sending approx $3000 cad.   thanks

you can go to your Paypal account,under money,there is a section called currency,set your primary currency,add another currency you would accept and there is an option on the right where you can plug in the currency you want to convert to and find the results.  

there is a 2 1/2 % conversion fee Paypal charges,not sure if the table takes that into consideration
