I just set up my Paypal account for the first time and the only reason I start it is to make online shopping at Amazon and eBay.
I don't want to link my Paypal account to any of my cards and bank.
Now the question, is it still possible for me to do it? like, my friends sending money to my account and I receiving it and spending it online, NO withdraw or... need, everything just online (send & receive)
You will be able to receive money however, you may experience holds (times can vary from 1 day up to 21). As for buying online and/or withdraws - there are limits in place for those functions. If you want to remove those limits, then the best option is link and confirm a bank account and credit card.
