What happens if I can't find some receipts as requested. How long can Paypal hold my money if I can't provide receipts. Thanks. Howie
In order to remove limitations, you must provide PayPal things they requested, otherwise, your account may remain limited until you provide them what they requested.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
