iTunes DigiGift for 10% off - Expired?

I'm trying to buy this:

And it's not letting me. I have the money available on my linked card and I called my bank to make sure they were not denying it. The link was posted yesterday. Has it expired or should I continue to hold - 50 min so far - for phone support?
