i did not receive a payment made for me

Hello, 

I am working for a crowdsourcing company "clickworker". A payment is made by them to my paypal account yesterday and they sent me the invoice but there is no received payments in my paypal account till now 

what's wrong with that ?

what currency sent and currency you accepted,check your profile

I am in Egypt and they are in Germany 

they sent 8.4 EUR and my account was set to primary currency USD and i just changed it to EUR

you have to set your account to accept Euro and you have to set it  to keep as is or convert to local currency,which is Egyptian pound.

did you get a notice that someone sent you money from Paypal?

if not,then you did not get any ?

no. paypal does not give me any notice that someone sent me money 

does it mean that the company are liers and they did not send anything?

Adjust your Block Payments settings in your seller preferences for personal accounts or My Seller Tools in your profile settings for business accounts.  Be sure your PayPal account is Verified.
