i have 7 usd on my paypal balance and i want to buy world of warcraft token. but when i try to pay with paypal it asks for credit card validatiotn. the problem is i dont hava a crdit card nor have i linked any on my accaunt. i want to know how to skip this validation step?
You can't, paypal often require you to add a credit card to validate your paypal account before you can use funds in your paypal account balance, especially if that future transaction is a risky digital / virtual transaction.
