So....been on hold now for TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!!! Tried to make online purchase on Sunday, couldn't remember password, had to re-set. Of course they wanted to confirm my identity. Had gotten a new phone, so couldn't get call or text. Answered identity questions, then had to call and they asked me crazy stuff like what year a car I had over 20 years ago was. Didn't know...failed identity test. Account now locked for 48 hours...said nothing they could do until today. Called back today, on hold about an hour, got representative who said I would have to speak with a supervisor. Transferred, put me on hold, been on hold now another hour and a half...no supervisor has picked up. What am I supposed to do????
