does anyone know why i cant transfer money out ive linked my card or as least it says its linked and then nothing and asks to link card!!! its making me so mad!!! i looked at all the help things and done everything ... please now asap!!!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
